Green Mountain Cheese Sampler

We select only the best Vermont cheese to become our Green Mountain Cheese Sampler. Created in small batches on family farms, these delectable treats are a joy to share. Includes a 7 oz. wedge of Pyramid Scheme triple creme cheese, made with a layer of vegetable ash that ripens the cheese to a marvelous flavor, two 2 oz. buttons of Vermont Brie created from slowly pasteurized whole cow's milk and 5 oz. of Cremont, made from a blend of fresh cow's milk, goat's milk and Vermont cream ripened to achieve a distinctive nutty taste.
